Update on Everdorne: Book 2

Welcome back to Everdorne, where sugar-obsessed dragons light the fires of the royal palace! It's now January, and with the new year comes a new pair of royals as the coronation of Princess Damora and Prince Eadwine takes place. To boost attendance to the coronation festival, the Crown has circulated official commemorative coins (OCCs) to be used as legal tenders at the booths for the day. Citizens see it as free money to spend, and they're eager to swap it for meats on a stick, sticky toffee, pints of ale, and other goodies.

Bane Woods is a werewolf who works a dead-end job as a used brooms salesman. He's madly in love with his girlfriend and hopes to someday soon propose to her with the ring she deserves. For now, he enjoys taking her and his mother to the coronation festival and is eager to spend the OCCs, seeing it as free money. Some choose to keep the coins as mementoes like his mother does.

But thanks to a joke, those coins suddenly start gaining value in the days following the festival. Bane becomes obsessed with collecting as many as he can, hoping the value will shoot high enough for him to finally afford an engagement ring. If the value keeps going up he'll be rich, but if it plummets, he'll be left with nothing but a bag of fool's gold. Now that you're hooked, you're dying to know when you can get the book! Well, edits have just gone to my editor, and they should be back to me early March. It's about another month from there, and I have a tentative release date of June 1st. Cover art is also coming mid-March!
I'm also debating between two titles right now, but I'll have to make a decision once my cover artist is ready so stay tuned for that announcement. I'm so excited to return with you to Everdorne!
All my best,
Bo
